Stephen joined Vision Real Estate Partners in September 2023 as the Managing Director of Capital Markets where he will be responsible for the firm’s capital raising activities and assist in acquisitions.

Before Vision, Stephen worked at Rubenstein Partners as the Director of Acquisitions responsible for the firm’s overall investment activities across the Eastern U.S. where he oversaw the investment of over a billion dollars of office and mixed-use transactions.  He was also involved in procuring strategic relationships for co-investment and assisted in fund raising activities.

Stephen led the asset management of these acquisitions including overseeing extensive capital expenditures and leasing.  Many of his deals were in partnership with Vision including 67 Whippany, Barclays Village, Warren Corporate Center and Latitude.  He has successfully executed large credit leases in excess of 2.5M square feet with tenants including Bayer, Barclays Bank, Met Life, Daiichi Sankyo, PTC Therapeutics, Everest RE, BNP Paribas and Johnson & Johnson.

Prior to Rubenstein Partners, Stephen worked at Starwood Capital Group, Catterton Partners and Merrill Lynch investment banking.

Stephen graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and received his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Stephen is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Samuel Zell and Robert Lurie Real Estate Center.
