Director of Construction
Todd Lukas is the Director of Construction for Vision Real Estate Partners.
The Construction Division performs conception to close-out construction services for our internal capital and tenant improvement needs, as well as ventures orbiting Vision’s real estate portfolio.
Todd oversees all aspects of Vision’s construction work supported by 40 years of experience on international and domestic projects. From the tight confines and historic structures of New York City to vast raw land sites, Todd is equally comfortable in new construction or renovation work. His broad work history includes luxury high-rise mixed-use, industrial and process, historic renovation, building relocation, commercial, retail and restaurant fit-out, foundations and shoring, marine construction, warehouse, pharmaceutical, hospital, campus and educational.
Todd is a summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate from Rutgers University with graduate and post graduate studies at New York University.
