Ryan Fraser
Senior Vice President - Investments
As Senior Vice President – Investments, Ryan is responsible for overseeing Vision Real Estate Partners’ acquisitions and development/re-development activity across multiple asset classes, and leads all institutional capital-raising activities, including procuring new capital relationships – both equity and debt. Ryan has been instrumental in the initial sourcing and execution of the firm’s industrial platform and manages the firm’s industrial brokerage relationships, including investment sales, leasing and capital markets. Ryan sits on Vision’s six-person Leadership Team, which sets all corporate strategy for the organization. Throughout his career, Ryan has been involved in over $1 billion of office, industrial, and retail acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to joining Vision in 2014, Ryan held positions with Prudential Real Estate Investors (now PGIM), Grosvenor America, and PENN Capital management.
Ryan earned a bachelor’s degree from University of Maryland College Park and his MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
