Asset Management
As part of the Asset Management Team, Eriselda manages a portfolio of assets which involves monitoring performance, analyzing trends to support strategic investment decisions and asset performance evaluations, and provides actionable recommendations to drive business growth and efficiency.
Eriselda works closely with external parties such as lenders and partners, and internally within Vision’s organization including property management, accounting, leasing, legal and construction to ensure execution of the overall company’s goal in executing the business plan for her assets.
Prior to joining the Asset Management team Eriselda was part of accounting team where throughout her accounting career, she demonstrated exceptional attention to details, a strong aptitude for analyzing complex financial data, optimizing internal controls, streamlining processes, and implementing accounting software system. She thrives on finding innovative solutions to challenges.
Eriselda has been part of the Vision team since April 2015 and has grown within the organization.
She holds a BBA. in Accounting from Berkeley College – New York.
