Jeremy Erez
Controller
As the Controller for Vision Real Estate Partners, Jeremy is responsible for overseeing the property accounting team with their daily accounting functions and maintenance of the books and records, as well as overseeing the financial reporting process. He is also responsible for overseeing the internal corporate accounting for all of the Vision entities.
Additionally, Jeremy is responsible for Vision’s audit and tax engagements and all banking and treasury relationships. He also works directly with Ownership and collaborates with all functions of the Vision team – Property Management, Asset Management, Acquisition, Construction, Leasing, etc.
Prior to joining Vision in July 2020, Jeremy worked at Marcum LLP and BDO USA.
Jeremy earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Yeshiva University.
